Death Café
People don't think or talk about death enough. It's an awkward topic in day-to-day, right? Most of us avoid it, hiding emotions about losing a loved one or avoiding the thought of your own life coming to an end one day. Well, we - Ellie and Lauren - want to change that.
Whether you want to openly talking about losing a loved one, or simply enjoy philosophical discussions about death and dying, join us at the first Death Café in Pizza Lab. The event is free to join at any time, and there will be tea, coffee, and cake to (optionally) purchase.
There will be a loose structure, but everything is optional. You can also just turn up for a short time and have a chat to someone.
Schedule:12:00 - Opening meditation (10 mins)
12:15-13:00 - Warm-up discussion with prompts
13:00-14:30 - Open dialogue
